You need:

Baking parchment or oven proof paper
Chicken breast
Some or all of these-Vegetables/peppers/onions/bacon
wholegrain mustard
honey

Take a piece of baking parchment about 30-40 cm long. Fold in half.
Place raw chicken breast on parchment, in the centre.
Mix 1 tbsp of honey and 2 tsp of wholegrain mustard and brush some of this on top of the chicken breast.
Place raw vegetables on top and around the chicken breast. You can use fresh onion, brocolli, sweetcorn, finely chopped carrot. It also works with a bag of frozen steam fresh veg or veg with rice. Just place on frozen-no need to cook first. Chopped lean bacon optional.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Wrap the parchment over the top of the chicken and seal at the sides-so it looks like a pasty.
Cook in oven-about gas mark 6 for 20 mins. Open parchment to check chicken cooked and then serve.
Best eaten directly from paper so place the whole thing on a plate.
Tastes lovely and the chicken and veg come out really moist.
Syns will be from the honey and mustard, 3.5 for the whole thing and that will top at least 3 breasts.
