Points in potato bake?

Hi everyone.

I am doing a garlic and herb potato bake tonight I have pointed the jar of sauce (I know i'm a cheat) but how would I point the potatoes please?

I will weigh the raw weight and they just go in the oven raw until cooked? Does anyone know how many points to how many G of weight please?

i always point potatoes of any kind at 0.5pts per 50g

Yeah in the same, 1 point per 100g of potato. Did a really small jacket potato with tuna and low fat Mayo for dinner last night - totally full and only 4 points
