Morning
I'm going shopping this afternoon to prepare for tomorrow :D. Can anyone advise where I might get a good shaker? I have seen then on Amazon, but thought it might take several days to get here.I do have a hand blender, but need the wide bottom  of the shaker to make sure it's mixed properly.
Many thanks

.............to be honest with you I never found the shakers that good. I would think a hand blender would be much better. I use an electric blender always but I know that this is no good if you are at work or out and about. Hope you find what works best for you xx

I'm not sure, I've got one left from when I did LighterLife (that they gave me), and I use it as a container to use the hand blender in; but a large mug or pyrex jug or something would work just as well.

Thanks girls. I got one in Holland and Barret this afternoon.Bernice- I like the
shakers using my hand blender, and Cybill- I had one from LL too, but threw it out as I wasn't going to be doing this again.Huh .This will be the last time ...for sure

Sorry I cannot help but when I was on Exante I loved my smoothie maker to make my shakes but I am well aware that it is not portable.

You can get good shakers in Robert Dyas Tasha xx

I use a battery operated coffee frother.. love it and I can just pop it in my bag for work etc :)

The other think that you can buy that is relatively inexpensive in Curry's is a blender, that you can make the shakes in that you can also use for crushing ice, etc and soups and smoothies when you have finished the diet!! Txx
