I'm 19 years old and a student in Devon.

I'm hoping to get down to 182lb's by the end of the year. I'm currently 220lb's so hopefully it's a sensible goal.

I'm going to eat healthily and start regular exercise (running, swimming and exercise videos). I'm going to keep a food and exercise diary and also keep a diary on here.

I want to maintain my weight loss for my graduation in 2012 and wedding in 2013.

Looking forward to "meeting" you all and hearing your stories of the wonderful world of weight loss!

Welcome to minimins. Your target sounds very realistic. That's really great to have something to aim for. You might also want to break it up into smaller chunks so that you can achieve whilst on your journey.
