I'd go with burgers.

Chop up some onion, chilli's, garlic etc and mix with the mince until it's really well together, I know some people use eggs but I don't bother. I always put a cheese triangle in the middle of the burger which makes it lovely and gooey. Grill them.

Serve in a wholemeal roll with salad and bacon. Yum!

There's also a recipe for a kebab in the recipe section which could be done with any type of mince, I haven't tried it but it sounds lovely.

Have a look through the recipe section, there's loads there.:)

You could make stew. I <3 having stew for tea, it's like being a kid again. Fry up an onion (and garlic usually), add mince and mixed herbs, brown. Then add potatoes, carrots and random veggies to make the 1/3 SF (I usually go carrots, green beans and mushies, as OH hates other root veggies). Add an oxo cube over with water and boil til the sauce gets thick and the spuds are done. To add extra flavour I usually add a dash of Worcestershire sauceso it takes sorta like it's got a squirt of brown sauce in there, but you could add BS and syn it).

I guess you could use turnip or something instead of spuds? Sorry- just realised it was a red day...

I do a Chinese mince that I use to 'stuff' cabbage leaves (also works with lettuce leaves).

You fry off some mince, add a finely chopped onion, and some sliced peppers sprinkle in some Chinese five spice and soy sauce (if you're willing to use the sins you can also add a touch of sesame oil for flavour). Once it's cooked serve with some stir fried rice (if you're on an EE day) and take to the table with cabbage/lettuce leaves. Use the leaves to wrap the mince, like you would for fajitas.

This is gorgeous, really yummy and the leftovers are great ready wrapped and served cold for lunch.

Oo meat loaf!

Fry some onion, garlic, grated carrot, sage and thyme in fry light untill soft mix with the mince and salt and pepper! Bake in the oven till gorgeous and brown!

What about meatballs in tomato sauce, fry onions, garlic, peppers, mushrooms etc in frylite add passata to make a sauce. Shape mince into small balls and gently fry in frylite and add sauce. You could add chilli if you like it spicy. Serve with spaghetti.

That stew sounds lovely. I always make tomato based dishes with mine (spag bol, chilli or tomato based cottage pie). lol

I sometimes use mince (with added spices) to stuff vegetables...usually peppers or marrow, and then melt cheese over the top...scrummy :D

There is a brilliant cook book called The Mighty Mince Cook Book. Most of the recipes are SW adjustable.
