I loved that one will freshen the breath once ketosis sets in. The first day I think I didn't have enough water, mouth so dry overnight. Mind you never been to the loo so much!!! Gonna try some soup later give that a bash.

Don't panic about dry-mouth. I've had it every single day, despite hitting 4 litres plus shakes most days. There's a thread about the feeling of 'drying out'. People seem to be finding that despite havibg lots of water, mouths, lips and skin are dry. Suppose body is using water to flush itself out and 'wash away' the fat, it doesn't have time to look after our skin etc. Some people find it evens out, others simply spend a fortune on moisturisers and lip balm!!

:)

As long as the fat melts away I don't mind pampering myself with creams and potions! Its getting a bit better at day 6.

lol yep i love the excuse to be able to buy lots of lovely moisturizer and lipbalms

a litle bit of me time to apply all those lovely lotions and potions

oh and if you get that yucky furry mouth then a glass of sparkling water can help get rid of it
