Hi and Happy Hogmanay from Scotland

My name is Jan and I've tried all the diets, but successfully lost 5 stones through LL about 18 months ago.I managed to maintain for some time using low carb and diet chef occasionally but came unstuck recently after an all inclusive holiday and stopping smoking.The weight has particularly piled on since then.....:sigh:. I haven't checked my stats lately, but will on Monday when I intend to start.I haven't put it all the weight back on by any means but too much to allow.Good luck for all the new starters, and those already on it-It must have been difficult over the festive season.Looking forward to the results and your support soon.
