Emmey's Journey!

Hey all. I'm 31, 5'2 and currently 13.8. Highest weight was 17.10 and after a combination of ww and TFR have managed to get down.

Start again on TFR tomorrow 1st Jan 2011 (seemed a good a day as any for new beginnings!) - kinda looking forward to it but also nervous about the first week and getting into ketosis. Want to get down to about 9.7 in total . Bring on 2011!! x

TFR ? Do you mean the TF from Boots ?
