I am seeing my CDC for the first time tomorrow, ans she is bringing all my packs. We are meeting at 9am. Do you think as we are meeting so early that it is possible for me to start CD tomorrow?

Absolutely!! Get the water down and try not to over carb it for the rest of today.

Thanks for your replies. I'm really excited about starting. I took some pics of me this morning trying to fit into a dress I'd like to wear in September. It was not a pretty sight!!

All you have to do is eat the packs, drink the water and chat on Minimins and you can't help but be slim!!

Just focus on your wedding and let nothing and nobody stand in your way
