The Thorntons chocolates...

OMG...you can't bin thorntons!!! Ooooh I love Thorntons...where d'ya live lol!

Hadn't you got anyone you could give them to if you couldnt keep them around?

mmmm, thorntons cappucino, thorntons marzipan...Just thought i've had no marzipan this year, dang!

i have a huge box of these too,,not going in the bin tho,,have kept these and a tin of roses for kids birthday parties in Jan:) i'm grand as long as i dont open them!!!

Well done. You did the right thing.

I'm already hating all those people who overcome their willpower problems by bringing their left-over unhealthy food to work in the New Year to torment others (me!!).

i don't even enjoy chocolates. My partner of 21 years/husband/children's father fecked off days before Christmas and I am finding it difficult to eat properly this week. Binning the chocs has given me a tiny bit of feeling in contol. Everything will be ok in January.

I read Fern's thread and realised that it is no biggy, everything is ok in the world :)

What a strong sausage you are! Well done! x

So , so strong. I have just finished the Terry's orange though didn't really want it.......just wanted to get rid and I would never have thought of the bin.

OMG how absolutely awful for you.

For you it is a major biggy and Fern would agree.

Wish I could hug you,

love and hugs xxxxxxxxxx

Thorntons are sooooooo created by god, mine went Xmas day!!!

Silly sausage a huge well done, I would have pigged the lot! I am in awe xx

Sausage,

Am so sorry to hear about your week. I am thinking of you and sending big cyber-hugs your way.

But, what a star you are. I think if you can manage to keep them in the house and not eat them all in one go, fair enough, but if not, they are in THE best place. Thorntons are not going anywhere. You can have them anytime you want. But not now and not all in one go. So well done to you. I am sure that you did the right thing.

Wow - that couldn't have been an easy Christmas for you. Well done for taking back control. I personally think that Christmas is stressful (even more if you're the lynchpin in a family unit like so many of you mums and dads, but even I feel the strain of trying to balance all expectations and demands on me). I'm suprised that there aren't more break-ups at this time of year.

Hope things get sorted out well for you soon.

xx
