HI all
Well I am starting bk at Slimming World on Wednesday after putting on 1 1/2 stone :eek:since getting married in May. Was just searching the web and came across this forum site and immediatly thought "support between WI" and plenty of inspiration. So what is everyone doing red/green/EE???
 
I've done pure extra easy so far.Good luck with your weight loss xx
 
I mainly do red. still can't get my head around EE having been a SW gal for about 10 years - on and off - of course. HOPEFULLY this time I shall get to target (another stone to go) and stay there for life - fingers crossed and all that.

Hi and welcome! I love doing alternate red/green days and this has worked really well for me but everyone is different.

Find the plan that appeals the most to you and give it a try, you can always change or do a mixture of all three.

I have done well with original (red) 95% and green (5%).
Once I got to target I have some easy days with extra healthies.

I only do Extra Easy ... I just couldnt get my head around Red and Green days so i always stuck with EE x

Good luck on your weight loss journey, I have just started and will be starting off with EE days. May change to Green days along the way though. :) x
