after losing nearly 8 stone in slimming world club,was ill for a while and sadly gained it ALL back...need some new ideas and a big boot up the bum

u done it b4 so u can do it again feel free to return the kick i need it too been off plan all over christmas need to get back on plan tomorrow hate this stuffed feeling, good luck losing the lbs x
