That's me...

Riddled with health issues that would improve with some weight loss!! Well I say some... I actually mean 5 stone. A few years ago I lost nearly 6 stone and enjoyed being thin, was even in a magazine. Now two children later and I'm gigantic and depresses... Miserable. Typically I want to make a new year start. My daughters christening is in march and I'd like to lose a stone and a half. Feels an impossible challenge.

Welcome to the forum, you have definately come to the right place! I too have about 5 stone to lose in total so I know how you feel (but without the kids!). What plan are you going to be following?

You can do it! I just rejoined (this forum) tonight, too.
Welcome and good luck xx

I know you can do it, because I've been in a similar position too (no kids but a long term regain, and health was my main motivation this time around too). Good luck.

Im just the same 10 stone to go but far to daunting , I feel like an old woman aches pains, now got a foot complaint planter fascilits not spelt it correct but limping about I feel so misserable.

Starting CD 8th jan for 3rd time but need to take action have abused my body for to long now , oh and im diabetic all self inflicted will enjoy your company along the way x

I like to reward myself with every half stone too.
Even if it's as silly as adding another sparkly '7' to my signature. It really spurs me on.

Stay on here. Try and post regularly; others will inspire you and you will, in return, inspire others to continue their weight loss.

Remember to update all of your information, you may not think that you've lost too much, but when the little 'percentage lost' keeps creeping up each week, your BMI goes down each week, and your tracker keeps moving to the right and the direction of 'goal' - this will encourage you to stay on the path that you've admitted you want to be on!

Good luck!
x
