Help !!

What section do you want to start it in? then go to that section and click 'new thread' at the top of the page and off you go. the only place you wont be able to yet are the member, siler and gold members sections where you need a minimum number of posts for access.

Hope this helps

I'm in the silver members section so sadly you wont be able to visit me yet, but my story is nothing new, tried every diet under the sun, always end up regaining it all, a big emotional eater !!
However i read a book last year called 'say goodbye to overeating' which has really helped to change my relationship with food and I havent had a binge since i read it in march. I think I'm ready to have a proper go at loosing the weight now and am rejoining ww asap now that christmas is out of the way. I know they have redesigned the plan so it will be a proper new start for me-right back to basics !!

But enough ramblings from me-goodluck with LL and i will come and visit

That book sounds fab I could do with reading it as I'm a emotional eater too. I have already joined ww and they have changed the plan to new pro points but I think it's better as fruit now has no pro points so if you need to nibble it's less guilt. If you have the info on that book i would really appreciate it. And good luck with your plan. Hope to speak soon

Overcoming Overeating: Conquer Your Obsession With Food: Conquer Your Obsession with Food Forever: Amazon.co.uk: Jane Hirschmann & Carol Munter: Books

this is the one, it actually gets you to give up 'dieting' and allow yourself to eat whatever you want when you want, which sounds crazy and yes I did gain weight but only about a stone over the year-which i have been known to do on a fortnights holiday LOL !!
But it really has re-educated me and I really dont feel the need to comfort eat and feel like my head is in the right place now-if that makes sense?
I tried the Harcombe diet before christmas and was successfull as you can see from the figures on my signature, but whilst i enjoyed it it was a bit 'faffy' and i dont think it was sustainable for me personally,so i gave myself december off and am having a whole new start.
