I too have decided to monitor my weight loss extremely well over the next coming months. I WILL get to goal and I think this is such a good idea to get everything going!

I have 2 stone 2 pounds to lose, and I am hoping to get this done by April (roughly just under 2 pounds per week). This obviously then allows for weeks where I don't lose or gain, and weeks where I do really well.

So here goes ...

It really doesnt seem that long away now I have broken it down like this. So each WI day now I will update my chart ... and put down and alter accordingly!

Weigh in today. Had a bad day yesterday so I think this has affected it because I weighed less the day before :( Oh well!

So there we have it. First week 2.5 lb loss. If this carries on I am well on target though :) Good times! Going to be honest with myself now and fill out the food diary for yesterday :(

Keeping it consistant here! lol. Which means if I carry on I will indeed have met my TEAM LOSER challenge of 10 pounds loss for the month, AND I will have met my personal challenge of getting into the 11's by my birthday! :)
Woohoo!

I am going to up the ante though now, and gym at least 5 times a week (power walking uphill for 30-45 mins ... followed by a few weights). Just to give me that extra boost, and make me feel great!

Also going to go swimming today after the gym so this should be interesting! Even if I only mess around and do a couple of lengths it is better than nothing, and I get to jaccuzi and sauna it lol. Relaxx :)

I am quite pleased with myself! The swimming pool was shut AGAIN. and the gym was heaving... so we ended up going for a 3 mile walk around a set of lakes in the country! Was lovely actually!!!
Back at home now and relaxing - but looking for other things to do! lol

Wow your doing brill, it's really inspired me reading your posts, I mean business now I'm going to get this weight off once and for all, I've been messing about half heartedly doing it all last year 2011 is going to be the year that I will be a skinny bird at last, thankyou.xxx

I am determined to lose more this week! I just been shopping and spend 35 quid on pure veg and fish etc lol. If that doesnt work I dont know what will!!
