After my 100 days - what happens?

Hi everyone

I know my LLC will go into this in more detail but would help to be prepared!

I'm 1 month in today since my first LLC session!

When my 100 days is up, I will still have more weight to lose before I am at a healthy range (I think anyway, depends how much I lose in foundation!)

I do want to continue but don't feel I can go straight back onto another course of abstinence as I will need to start eating again for our wedding in October.

When my 100 days is up (7 Sept), I'll have 6 weeks to go until the wedding.

Can I start doing management to introduce food again and then maybe when I'm back from honeymoon pick up abstinence again?

Suppose I should chat to my LLC nearer the time?

Thanks Julie xxx

Hi Julie,

Congratulations on where you've got to so far and good luck with the rest of foundation - and the wedding too.

Once you've done your 100 days foundation, it's up to you to decide whether you go into 'development' or 'management'.

Development is where you follow the same regime as you do in foundation - but you decide how long you want to stay on it for. Then in management, you start to reduce the number of packs/bars you have a day and start introducing food again - until you're eating normal. I think this is scheduled for a 12 week period but not sure if that's flexible or not.

So you could do another couple of weeks on development and then management just before your wedding - so you can enjoy what you like on the day and still feel gorgeous and slim too!! :character00250:

I'm into my 9th week of foundation and no expert on management and development but from what my LLC told us last week once we 'qualify' from foundation and management we can always come back if we want to lose some more without doing the 100 days foundation again.

Hope that has helped your plans a little and as you see how the weight falls off in the weeks to come you'll love the programme even more - not for the culinary delights I know but for the fast results.

Have you bought your dress yet? Have you bought it the size you want to be? Or are you able to get it altered to suit you? Ooh I bet you're excited??

Good luck Suzy and let's know how you get on.
