My Christmas target was to get to 11 stone. I had my last weigh in
last night and lost another 1/2lb which means I now weigh 11 st and 1/2lb so not too bad. 10 and a 1/2lb in 6 weeks. Just hope I dont put too much on over Christmas.

Only 1/2 lb off target!! And lets be honest, 1/2 lb is a big poo isn't it!! Nothing to worry about!!

i wanted to hit the 3 stone target for xmas which i did an am pleased, but i am having a break over the next week, not going to scoff but just have a few treats
