Should I come off plan?

Hi lovelies!

I am having a bit of a dilemma at the moment. I'm really struggling since I went home for a week the week before last & had a few normal meals and some bad things! Was back on 100% last week but then I went away for the weekend this weekend and cheated lots. I don't really have any willpower at the moment cos it's cold and I want christmassy food & I can't resist!!

I am considering stopping CD and coming back on it in the new year. I am having a shake for my breakfast and dinner at the moment but I'm cheating so much on my evening meal and having snacks that it seems pointless for me to pay 35 quid a week for SS+ and either put on or stay the same weight.

What do you guys think? I don't know if I'll regret it though, but I'd rather get back on it 100% when Xmas is gone and the temptations have disappeared!!!!

I think you've answered your own question chick and your just trying to convince yourself. I guess it depends how much you want it - Personally I'd rather stay on it as if you come off completely you'll think sod it and eat eat eat (I know I would) at least if your having the shakes you may hold back a little bit ?

xx

Thanks :) I think I'll carry on with the shakes for breakfast and dinner and (hopefully) choose carefully if I'm going to cheat. Otherwise I wouldn't have a clue what to do for breakfast or dinner!!!

Can anyone tell me the list of allowed foods on the higher plans?

35 a week is good price .
I find also if you have CD and eat , that it upsets the stomach , also wind too . are you finding this ?
I think if you feel like that , yes you should just come back on CD when you feel you can give it your all . plus yes it gets freezing on vlcd . and we are having cold winters , I used to put the gas fire on and would not move as so cold

darling - you will still lose wieght with one bar and one shake plus a protein rich meal......fish, chicken, eggs, green veggies. I love me some bacon at times....bacon and egg.....mmmmmm x

if you stop your shakes you might risk not staying the same as if you carry on binging the xmas food then your weigh will climb. why not have a few days focus and have xmas eve and day off then get back on it.

I think great things is wright, dont just leave it all together, you are risking putting on some of the weight that you have proudly loss, just think about what are you cheating on and try to do wise choices(difficult at xmas,i know )and you will see the scales not moving and you will feel better that unless you havent put any weight on or maybe just couple of punds, dont just jump of the wagon!!!!

Thanks everyone. I am going to keep having my breakfast shake and bar for dinner. Not long until Xmas is over and I can get my focus back!! Only 1/4 pound lighter than I was at WI on Monday last week but I have cheated quite a bit so not all is lost!

Thanks for your support :)
