Today...
Breakfast; egg, mushrooms, onions,beans n cuppa tae
Lunch,spuds, carrotts parsnips,brussell sprouts and peas
Snacks; tae and chocolate fingers (used all 15 syns on them);-(
Tea: pasta and sauce made with water and veg, sw chips
Cuppa tae again

Weigh in on Tuesday so tommorrow needs to be good!
