which have you got ? and do you rate them ?

now that I'm nearly at goal I feel like I need to keep an eye on it more often xx

I use a tanita body analyser set, which I think are pretty accurate weight wise at least. Any decent set will see you well, and consistency is more important that the number it displays

I got mine from Lloyds pharmacy , they were half price , I paid about £10 and they are brill . They work out BMI , and percentage fat etc .. and they weigh the same as my CDCs .
Like Phoenix said consistancy is more important so as long as you use the same scales everytime you will know whats happening .. I dont know how you manage without .. I weigh twice a day and have from the start !!

I never wanted to be obsessed with weighing myself.. I have only ever got weighed once a week - otherwise I tend to be on there all the time. But now that I need to maintain a bit more I really want to know that if I have a little carbs its not making me put half a stone on cos then I find myself obsessing about that doh ! If I could see it hadn't effected me it would put my mind at rest !

I will have a look around and see if any offers on x

i've also got some tanita scales. they do body fat% which is very helpful esp if you've been working out and can't see a weight loss you can see a fat % drop.

I think those are the kind I want - I am going for it with exercise big time after christmas as really need to tone all these wobbly bits - I'm pretty happy weight wise now - just want to get toned for the summer lol xx

Just get Sam to pick you up every day, and if his back hurts one day loose a bit... and if not.. your fine! hehe xxxx
