have I scuppered my weight loss this week?

Just doing it this time
Was terrible with chocolate and sweets which customers had bought me after weigh in on Tuesday - was naughty on Wednesday and Thursday too - however, I compensated with extra exercise and cut right back on syns and ate mainly free foods - I do red - nearly always.

I have snacked on fruit all morning today - really didn't fancy anything else to eat - but got back from dropping DD at work and made a spicey sweet potato and carrot soup (love it) it included 2 sweet potatoes and carrots (obviously) and onions - lots of chilli flakes and garlic and plain water..............so so delicious I ATE IT ALL........................not really used to eating green and now planning sw egg & chips for tea (will still have 2 heb's to have then & an a choice)

Just hoping that I haven't scuppered any weight loss as I was so greedy and scoffed it all.
 
Well, I won't be the only one to say this but get straight back on track...which is important when we slip, as we all have done 'cause non of us are perfect and losing weight is not easy. You may be surprised at weigh in and enjoy your egg and chips 'cause they are yummy.

Sweet potato, carrot and onion soup sounds absolutely fine (from a weight loss perspective, from a recipe perspective it sounds delicious !!!) and I don't think you've been greedy. I wouldn't worry about it too much and certainly wouldn't feel guilty about it. Your losses might suffer from the other stuff this week but the soup should be a help if anything and your determination to do well will get you back on track
