SW quiche with cheese & onion cottage cheese?

I'm hoping this is the right thread!

I have made SW quiches before using plain cottage cheese. I really don't want to go to the shops, and am looking at making some mini ones for a buffet tonight - I have cheese and onion falvour cottage cheese - can I do it with that instead?

The best one is Asda sweet chilli and red pepper cottage cheese - it gives the quiche a bit of warmth and a little kick
