what is the best way to cancel the monthly pass? I am giving up on propoints and going back to discover and dont want to pay just to be weighed so I am going to go it alone with the discover forum for support have heard there are issues with cancelling so need to know best way

I think you can just ring them up. The number will be on the website.
I know several people have had issues cancelling their membership with them, as it takes forever to cancel. Good luck!

I think you have to cancel it in the first week of the month because they take the money out of the account in the second week for the next month. So you will end up paying for some weeks that you wont use.

I have emailed them and asked them to confirm last date I can use it and thanks for all your help
