Hello everyone. Today I start my new weight loss journey, I weighed in at Slimming World yesterday at my heaviest. I am going to The Harvester tonight for a Christmas meal, I am having 8oz steak with chips (I am hoping to change this to a jacket potato). I cannot find out the syn value on the SW website and also the syn value of a Rocky Horror.

If anyone can help I'd very much appreciate it xx

As for the steak I cant find a specific listing its properly best to ask them to cook it without oil.

You can easily change your fries for a jacket potato.

I'd fill up on as much of the salad as possible (avoiding sauces and bread and butter). If you feel you HAVE to have dessert, which you don't, if you're full up, then maybe just have a plain sundae, from what I remember, they're about 12 syns.

Good advice given and you might want to re-do your 12x table lol---you're showing as being 7 feet 2 inches tall - Well, unless you are that height

Bloody thing. I'd noticed it had given me a really low BMI. Thanks everyone
