Extra Easy Saving Syns

Hiya sorry of this question been asked before.(I'm using the minimins android app so can't search)

Does anyone ever save syns or cut them back if you've had a heavy syn'd day or a special occasions?

And if so have you still lost? I know you can do flex syns but I'm happy to save some syns if.not really needed the next day?

I've always used my syns weekly, SW says that this is fine as long as you don't feel deprived on days that you have less syns. I use most of my syns for extra food at the weekends.

As a side note I presume the android app is the same as the iphone one - there's a search feature under the "more" tab!
