Stopping Atkins

I've been on Atkins for approx 1 month and feel like i've lost enough weight. I want to start eating regular food including some carbs but i'm worried about putting weight back on. I am careful with what i eat and will supplement with increasing my exercise activity.
Does anyone have any comments on the best way forward..
 
Have you done proper OWL and pre maint Ravioli? You need to have done that to find your carb tolerance level and I can't see how you have done the proper stages in a month
