hi guys, have finally decided to join a forum to help me through my 4 stone weight loss mission before i get married in the summer... i just wondered if anyone has used hypnosis at all to help? a friend of mine suggested i try it as her sister had a lot of success with it. was thinking of buying rick collingwoods weight loss cd coz its on special offer for only a fiver on kgbdeals but just wondered if anyone has had any success before i buy it? i would be so grateful for any replies but i have to say i am very tempted to try it esp while its so cheap. thanks xXx
