looks like i'm not going to get to the gym this week. 
dude has chicken pox and now emily has it, or at least i think it is. i've ordered the 30 day shred cause i'm thinking that i could do this of a night if i can't get to the gym. at least i know that the diet works without exercise. i'm missing my running and cleaning and re-organising the house just isn't enough of an exercise kick for me. well at least we should have a chicken pox free xmas for both and they're unlikely to catch it again... phew.
