soda water

Hi

can some one tell me if i can drink soda water instead of bottled water when out..... i'm going to a family gathering and the place we are going doesn't sell bottled water.....

I'm just starting week 3 if that makes any difference...

Yep you can, no problem, and the CD water flavouring is really nice in it too!!!
