Enjoy this - and no guilt over the festive season!

Just a bit of friendly advice girls…………..

This woman is 51.

She is a TV "health guru" advocating a holistic approach to nutrition and ill health, promoting exercise, a pescetarian diet high in organic fruits and vegetables. She recommends detox diets,
colonic irrigation and supplements, also making statements that yeast is harmful, that the colour of food is nutritionally significant, and about the utility of lingual and faecal examination.

This woman is 50.

She is a TV cook, who eats nothing but meat, butter and deserts.

So forget "join a gym and eat more celery". This Christmas, it's food and booze all the way. And the only exercise you need is dancin
g!

Someone sent me this too and made me pleased to be 50 and more like Nigella than Gillian......

"Pass those Lindors will you Paul......":D

Have just had two! Strictly preventative medicine.....gonna call them 'Nigellas' from now on:rolleyes:

HaHa - someone sent me this too!! I know who I'd prefer to look like - not that it'll ever happen!! xx

hahaha these are 2 of the most irritating people on tv!!!! But, clearly Nigella gets my vote. But how does she manage to eat so much and yet still hold a pretty lovely figure?!!!!!! B*tch!!!

I reckon that it's all down to underwear....I bet when she takes it off everything just falls out and down! If I wear the really restrictive stuff I can get down to a 26 inch waist now! She's got gorgeous skin and hair too.......

Me too, however *****y that sounded! she has class, which is pretty rare these days! I do her sausage and chicken recipe for Saturday night parties or Sunday lunches and it never fails to please and it's the easiest recipe in the world....

What's that then? I love 'easy' recipes ;) xx

It's just chicken thighs and sausages, marinated overnight in a mixture of sliced onions and lemons, powdered sage, English mustard and worcestershire sauce and then all baked in the oven in a roasting dish with lots of shredded fresh sage. No need for measurements, just make it up as you along! Any leftovers freeze well too. Can't remember which of her books it's from....
