Im new and trying to lose weight. atm i weigh 13 stones and i want to get down to 8... this is by eating healthily and trying to go gym and exercise...:cry:

thought this diary might help me keep track and stay motivated...
 
so here goes...

Monday (13/12/2010: morning- 1 bananna
-afternoon- noodles and pepsi diet

exercise: 1 hour running on threadmill

Tuesday (14/12/2010) - morning: weetabix
afternoon: tuna, mayo and sweetcorn sandwhich with pepsi diet

exercise:none :eek:

Wednesday (15/12/2010): morning/afternoon- noodles and energy drink

exercise:None

Thursday (16/12/2010: morning: breadsticks and cheese
Afternoon: Noodles

exercise: None

Friday (17/12/2010): Morning: nothing
Afternoon: jacket potato with cheese and peas
and an energy drink
evening: lentils and cream crackers
exercise: None

------------------------------------------------------
saturday: morning: nothing
Afternoon: an apple
Evening: kebabs :(

exercise: None

------------------------------------------------------sunday: morning: a sip of tea..
Afternoon: nothing
Evening: naan bread (im told this is better and more filling than normal bread slices and it was) with some fish

exercise: none

And that is, my first week over! yaaaay! think i messed up my healthy diet abit by having some fatty foods but as its my first week im not too worried... hoping next week will be better and healthier throughout...

think i spoke too soon! iv just screwed up! family bought pizza and i ended up having 2 and a half slices and some coke! damn me! going to have to work twice as hard next week, so much harder now its holidays though! grrrrr

aw thank u :) came on here to talking about how stressed out i am but uv made me feel a tad better just by saying that...
 
I dont actually have any weigh in days.. iv decided to weigh in after a month and see how much iv lost. i feel if i weigh myself and see no change or very little change il end up feeling crap and wont be able to carry on with my diet.. how does weighing in everyday feel for you? dont you feel horrible when you havent lost much weight?
 
A lot of people weigh in every day just to see how much they've lost but only record it after their 7 days. I admit to weighing myself 3-4 times a week, but only Saturday morning weigh in is what matters to me. You could try that.
 
yep a week does seem reasonable.. though im still not confident enough to weigh in each week, however, as soon as i do get some weight off (and im hoping it WILL be soon) il try a weekly weigh in.. :)
 
Heyyy am good.. hows u? messed up my diet abit 2day tho :( ended up having kebabss :( felt so guilty!
 
Monday: nothing all day and then ended up eating cheeseburger and chips at 8ish :cry:im an idiot i know :break_diet::break_diet:tommorow hopefully will be better, i need to lose weight asap and these fatty foods arent helping much! :(

Tuesday: went out with mates and ended up having a panini and then in the evening, pizza and some of chicken and chips... grrrr!!!! tomorrow definetley a fresh start and back on track!!!!

Wednesday: i am so ASHAMED! started off the day with a sandwhich but come 5ish i had a chicken fillet burger! ugh what is wrong with me!!!!! i HAVE to get back on track tommorow!!!

Ok, so i pretty much messed the whole of this week up.....
