ate out today and now worried what to eat

i had the all you can eat chinese buffet but mainly had egg fried rice, and veg.... and some veg spring rolls..... so tonight going to have just salmon and veg....and a yogurt....... hope thats ok

hi uttanutter i think u will be ok with salmon and veg as its a light meal better to have something planned then not to eat then get hungry later and binge good luck
