Hi jennibells, welcome to the wonderful world of minimins sw!! Well done on your weight loss and sts over xmas! You seem to be enjoying the food plans, I assume from your menus that you are following the extra easy plan? and that your HEA is milk and HEB you split?

How are you finding the diet? It suits me and my family, no separate cooking and even my 16 month old son seems to enjoy the dinners

Will pop back soon, good luck for wi this week, donna xx
