2year old teething??

My son was sick yest & very hot. He also had 4 poops (sorry tmi) His bum is red raw & bleeding. Could he be teething??

I was sure he had all his teeth but do they get more at 2??

He wouldn't eat yest either. Is there a bug that has these symptons??

I think the big back molars can come through when they're about 2. They should have 20 teeth altogether at that age I think, but I've never had any luck counting how many my kids have! Could be a bug though, there's so much going around at this time of year you just never know. Hope he's better soon x

My daughter is 2 and a half and has just cut her final tooth. The very back four have all come through in the last few months, so it's definitely possible. Can you get your finger in and have a feel? If you look in the mouth and there looks to be space enough at the back, there's probably more teeth to come. If it is teething, hope the poor mite gets them quickly and feels better soon!
