Just thought id post this as I see this topic alot, I did ss and managed to lose over 50lbs :D, I stopped before my birthday (1st Nov) I think in that week I put on a few lbs, then did cd for another few days to address this, was told by some1 I worked with I couldnt do that diet at work as I wouldnt have energy , I had other issues there too so I left. Anyway back to the point I have been off cd for about 2 months and have managed to lose another few lbs, I was so worried about coming off the diet and gaining, but if you are sensible and address any gain straight away its proving for me pretty easy to maintain. I have the odd treat and dont feel deprived of anything at all. I do alot of exercise now and believe this is the key to maintaining. I also dont eat any where near the amount I used to, but do not feel hungry, so it is possible as long as you monitor it closely for the first few weeks and can judge exactly what you can eat without gaining. The only other thing I would add is that you have to ready to leave cd and make sure any bad habits are gone for good, I would eat for comfort, also stress now I address these feelings without using food. Hope this makes sense.

I hope this helps anyone and good luck to all of you, its a tough diet but its so worth it in the end :D

Thanks for your post hun, this is something I worry about and something that when I tell ppl I am on the dietthey constatntly say to me! However I think you are right about addressing gains straight away and not returning to old habits as this would make the weight go on after any diet!

Whatkind of things do you eat now? Do you find you have to avoid carbs a bit like jacket spuds n things or as long as in moderation are you finding them okay? xx
