Im only on day 2 of 790 ... ( well more an inbetweeny of aam & 790) and Im happy on it so far ... I know its early stages but Im feeling good about the way Im doing it.
I was all set to do ss but yesterday when it came to it I realised that if Im completely honest with myself I wasnt really ready for the ss, so decided to do the next step and work down to ss.
You could set out to do ss, but have some cod, chicken, frozen veg (the things that you are allowed in the portions you are allowed) in the freezer for just in case you decide you need the add a meal or 790 plan ... rather than maybe nibble or binge on something you shouldnt? (I did this as I know I dont have good willpower and I always like to be prepared for most circumstances .. lol)
At the moment my plan is, hot choc tetras (I make 2 hot drinks out of 1 tetra) in the morning, hot choc tetras during afternoon, 1 meal at tea time, 1 mousse or another hot choc tetra evening.
I guess its just a case of trying it and finding out what you like and what best suits you. I came here and read loads before doing it, and what Im doing now to what I had thought I would be doing is different, what suits some wont suit you and vice versa.
