Start Weight: 210 (i was originally 266lb but lost it on dukan)
Goal Weight: 154
As said, i was originally on dukan (amazing plan and throughly recommend it, but i broke it and just couldnt get back into it, and i needed fruit)
So now i am doing ProPoints. I am subscribed online for free (yay quidco)
and bought the eat, shop and track books on ebay.
not using track though as i use online more.
and i have a calculator on my phone.
I have been at this for 3 weeks now, but recently have added a new challenge.
We (me and partner) are not allowed to spend any money on food / eating out etc for the next few weeks - till 22nd of december minimum (bar bread as that needs to be fresh but i may look at making my own)
The reason being: This is our first place together, and although he has a job, it has taken me 4 months to find work and therefore we are very low on funds and my first pay day is the 22nd - hence this date.
BTW we will not be starving being food orientated people the flat is full of food, the freezer is full (another reason = we need to clear some space for christmas foods), the cupboards are stacked there is no more room to put anything. so much so food is in the cutlery draw and cutlery is in a glass on the side =p we the cutlery draw = sweets and chocolate so i try to stay away from there as much as possible.
So i will be using this diary to post the trials and excitments of living weightwatchers out of our kitchen. wish me luck and i shall post as much as possible =]
Todays menu:
Breakfast:
Toast
- reduced sugar strawberry jam - 1pp
- clover lighter -1pp
- 2 slices crusts away 50/50 - 2pp
Tangerine - 0pp
Lunch:
Philidelphia Sandwich
- Extra light philly - 1pp
- 2 slices 50/50 crusts away - 2pp
- cucumber - 0pp
French Fries - 2pp
2 Tangerines - 0pp
2 Dove Sugar Free Chocolates - 2pp
Dr Pepper Zero - 0pp
Plan For Dinner:
Cod in Piri Piri Sauce - 4pp
1/2 Packet Savoury Rice Golden - 6pp
Green Beans - 0pp
Snacks etc
dove chocolate - 1pp
few days advent calander chocolates - 2pp
may have a chocolate mousse or something nice =]
Points: 24/34 Daily 0/49 Weekly
OK gosh thats quiet low points for today, might have some cereal or toast before bed or something =] =]
