Hey everyone:D

Well how are we all doin?cant believe its so close to xmas!eeeeekkkk!!

Well i think iv commented on at least 3 forums on here, slimming world, ww and calorie counting!! vowing how i will stick to these BUT i never ever do!! Iv done these all and stuck to them for a limited period of time but i always end up throwin the towel in! I get sooooo sick of countin everythin I eat it drives me insane!

SO iv came to the conclusion that healthy eating is the way forward for me, 3 good meals a day and if im hungry il snack on fruit but if i want something naughty I will have it and not feel guilty! Weekends aren’t great for me as i am always doin something so to be honest it will be probably be mainly mon-fri obviously not goin mad at the weekend, i will have a treat but not go overboard, im also goin to try switch to brown bread after the new year (im not keen on it so will take me while to change lol) and have no more than 2 slices a day (this will be hard for me as i LOVE bread) this seems like a pretty good idea to me so thats what I am going to do, i would like to lose weight and hope that I do but if i do its an added bonus as to be honest im so sick of tryin n failin (miserably) i lose and put on the same time of weight every time! i mainly want to feel better in myself, after xmas i will also be goin to the gym at least 2-3 times a week when i can.. really look forward to chattin to you all xxx

Ps i am also goin to keep a food diary and hope u all have look and keep me on track xx
