GREEN DAY

breckfast:half tin beans, mushroom, scrambelled eggs.(0)

lunch: bit of syn free soup, BIG portion of chilli cottage pie, peas (0)

Dinner: veggie jambalaya with cauldron sausages(had about 1 and half, dont know if these have syns, so will add 1.5)
count on us yoghurt(0)

Snack: grapes, shredded wheat x2, milk and rasberries.

he(A): milk (teas throughout day)
He(B): shredded wheat
He(B): milk

wanted to go gym but it was too icy to drive.
Overall ate massive portions but healthy ones!!:)

Breckfast: veggie jambalaya-i dont know why i had this for breckfast!

Lunch: veggie jambalaya (made soooo much)
snacks: pear, rasberries

dinner:cottage pie, peas
x2 alpen light(hexb)
yoghurt- shape snack pot, fat free>does this have sins??

Milk(in teas) hexa

day 2 went well but need to make use of healthy extras more.
Exercise: bums and tums class

Breckfast:porridge, banana (hexb)
snack:brocoli and soy sauce
lunch:sweet pot, beans and salad.
snack:berries, x2 alpen light bars(hexb)
dinner:butternut squash risotto
yoghurt, shape pot
milk(hexa)
0 sin:)

breckfast:porridge,berries and banana(hexb)
lunch:egg sandwhich (2)(hexb)
snack:egg fried rice(im not sure but had oil so will add 10sins)
fruit, yoghurt
dinner:tofu and noodle stir fry(2)
milk(hexa)
snack:berries and yoghurt
only reason to having sins today was because i didnt prepare the food myself, need to make sure im organised in future!

lunch:new pot, carrots, soup(2)
snack:alpen light bar x1(half hexb)
dinner: tofu and veg stir fryand rice.

HI LIZZIE WELCOME TO MINIMINS, IF U R HAVING THE SHAPE ZERO YOGS THEY R FREE BUT NOT SURE WHICH ONES U MEANS, HAVE UR SYNS I LOSE MORE WEIGHT WHEN I'VE HAD THEM THEN IF I DON'T, IT ALSO GIVES U SOMETHING TO CUT BACK ON IF UR STRUGGLING TO LOSE WEIGHT. READ SOME OF THE DIARIES ON HERE TO GIVE YOU MORE IDEAS OF WHAT TO EAT, THERE IS ALSO A NEWBIE THREAD THATS WORTH A READ AND EXPLAINS THE PLANS REALLY WELL, GOOD LUCK :)
