Not I'll due to dieting I hasten to say. I have a horrid case of conjunctivitis and my crown fell off today! This would have been a big box of chocolate under ordinary circumstances however I need to tackle my weight once and for all. I'm doing exante mixed with one meal a day. I did lipotrim in the past and lost four stone however ended up in hospital when my gallbladder shut down. Doc says no more then 4 weeks on packs before a break or do the combined option which I have opted for. I so wish I hadn't gone mad after coming out of hospital but no point looking back.

Is anyone else out there doing the combined option? If so, how are you finding the weight loss? Husband is on the full p
An and my god his breath stinks. I feel poorly and there are no kisses to cheer me up!

Hope youre feeling better now.

I'm doing WS (3packs and a meal). I was doing 4packs as I am a fitness fanatic, but now the weather is so cold (my workouts are outdoors:eek:) I feel I need a hot meal!! My losses are okay, not amazing but I am not very overweight now either so I'm happy.

I do a meal a day.....and then some!! I was 12and a half stone and now lost a stone in 4 weeks. I only was 100% in first week and lost 5lb and was a bit gutted after hearing some amazing weight losses from other posters....but some people have more to lose so its relative to that I guess. Am amazed by the stamina of some on here - and so impressed!

I have had some nights out (2 a week on average drinking vodka and diet coke) and some meals, including a chinese. I have found that I actually feel full now whereas before I could eat and eat which pleases me!

For my meals I have used chicken or turkey in a stir fry, salads and home made low fat curries. My worst time is evening as I find it difficult to sleep if I am slightly hungry and have either saved my bar for this time or had a low fat cheese spread on a low fat cracker (or 3!). Still losing so I advise that you can adapt this diet to suit your needs as long as you are sensible and accept that the weight loss will be more steady.

Good luck x
