Oatbran

Helllooo - I've just started the Dukan diet book, I've lost weight but hit a point where healthy eating alone isn't doing it - so I thought this may be the best option. I was just wondering... what oatbran do people recommend? In terms of value for money.

:) x

you can get it in Tesco - it's 99p for 500g. It's their own brand and is on the cereal isle. I think you can also get mornflake oatbran in asda, waitrose, morrisons and the co-op but it's a bit more expensive.

Hope that's helpful :)

has to be oatbran though ...i buy mine in health food shops very cheap

You can have it any time it suits you - remember in attack it is only 1TB, in Cruise it is 1.5. the classic way is to have it as a 'galette' which is a type of pancake with egg in it. Or I prefer to make it into porridge with skimmed milk, or bake it into 'muffins'. You can also stir it into yoghurt for example.

All you need to remember is that you HAVE TO HAVE it EVERY DAY and the RIGHT AMOUNT, no more , no less.

Ok thank you what do u mean by 1TB please??? hahaha

One TABLESPOON which I am sure you know :) I have now graduated to TWO (plus one of wheat bran), that actually makes a worthwhile breakfast for people like me who can't function without breakfast...

Errr sorry to be a bore but the oatbran quantity in Attack is 1.5 tablespoons (see p.70 of English book) and in Cruise it's 2 tablespoons (see p.95 of English book) .

Unless something's changed...
