Week 1 Day 6 Binge : (

Been so proud of myself all week i stuck to plan 100% n then one stressful trek to the shops in the snow n i came home n ate like 50 syns in 10 mins!!

I plan on calling it a flexi day n hopefully be back on plan tomorrow!!

Feel so ashamed tho!! :cry:
 
Don't feel ashamed, draw a line under it and get back feeling postive and on plan :0)
 
we all do it from time to time.... dont feel guilty lifes too short...... just have a healthy meal tonight and your start to feel better xx
 
aaaww dont worry huni we all have days like that..i was making a cake for my friend chocolate fudge :-/ next thing i knew to spoonfuls of mixture entered my mouth...oops

like the others said draw a line under it and get back on it 100% tomorrow x
 
hi lolmummy i had a massive binge had between 70/80 syns one evening knew i would be annoyed with myself but still done it gggrrrr lol but drew a line under it and didnt have any syns the next few days and i actually managed to lose 2lbs so all may not be lost good luck for weigh in :)
 
Good luck with getting back on it tomorrow, and with your WI on Monday. As people have already said, we all do it from time to time, it's how you deal with it that is more important really. It's all part and parcel of the learning curve and journey we are all on, you just have to learn to draw a line under it and dont allow a bad day to become a bad week :) x
 
like the others have said its important to draw a line and jump 100% back on plan.
hope monday goes well for you.....in the grand scheme of things around 50 syns isnt too bad xxx
 
don't feel bad - just own it! :) by calling it flexisyns you already have, so you've already put yourself back in control.

plan what you're eating tommorow and get back on track! :)

I had a day like that yesterday! Went to Xmas fair and ate everything in site- biscuits, sweets, mulled wine, cinnamon buns, Scandinavian platter- the works!

Today I am trying to repair the damage pre weigh in tomorrow. Had pineapple for breakfast and Superspeed soup for lunch. Planning on beef stew with tons of veg for tea- no spuds just veg. Fingers crossed it helps stave off a gain!
