Hi I'm Sarah, I'm 17 from Northern England! I'm new to all of this - used to be about 8 stone, very healthy and active until 2years or so ago I put on a dramatic amount of weight, went from 8 stone to 13.:cry: Mostly because I was going through a tough time and food was the only thing that seemed to make me feel better :sigh:
Of course I went for about a year not being able to admit that I was overweight but I've finally come to terms with it!
So I don't really know anything about diets or anything seeing as I had an extremely high metabolism and never really thought about it really so I was wondering if anyone could help me possibly find a good diet to be on
I was looking at the slimfast diet but I heard that it's quite unhealthy and when you've dropped the weight eating one thing that's not the slimfast food you put on weight immediately!!
Was also looking at weight watchers as I have been eating a lot of the food by them for years since I even was thin as I love the curries
I'm hoping to get back down to my lovely 8 stone instead of being extremely unhappy with my current weight, not just for myself but for my boyfriend (he insists he doesn't mind!) + my well being as I've been unwell since I put weight on!:cry:
