Hi guys....I started the cambridge diet at the beginning of the summer and managed to lose 24lbs....sadly i came off track and gained what i had lost I really need to find a diet thats right for my lifestyle . Im at college 2 days a week now and work 40hrs a week but i work with food so theres sooo much temptation around me! Thats why i felt the cambridge diet would be best as for me i think its all or nothing!!! I spose its kinda a bad time to be thinking about dieting....eg. xmas lol!! But if i get any bigger i think ill start to become depressed and angry at myself!! If anyone has any inspiration they would like to throw my way or some good advice i would be very grateful!!!
