Understanding atkins

I'm totally confused what I can eat and what's unlimited and what I have to count! I've just ordered the book online but don't want to wAit for it to arrive for me to start can someone help me n tell me what I can eat and some breakfast lunch and dinner ideas please
 
Hiya, there are stickies up the top there, 'so your thinking of starting atkins' etc. Also have a look at the 'what we are eating today' thread for some great ideas and help.
 
Yes blonde, have a good read - they will tell you most of what you need to know - then fire away with lots of questions :)

Meat, eggs, fish & green veg is a good starting point but as the others have said, read the sticky's they have loads of info. xx
 
Hi Blondie :) Yes all the above.

Basically you just count carbs, and the majority of them should come from green leaf veggies.
