I'm obsessing about the whole refeed thing and eating again and I kind of don't understand...I'm probably being really thick..
When we refeed and start to eat again how will we not put back on weight if we up the calories we eat in a day from 400 or whatever it is on this to a normal amount or how many calories can we eat in a day to maintain weight? That probably doesn't even make sense. It's just confusing me. This is such a low calorie diet, we will have to be increasing the amount of calories when we eat but how will this not make us put weight on?
I feel a bit hazy today, have a headache and am in a dreadful mood, all of which I'm attributing to this diet so maybe it's making me a bit confused also today but this whole maintaining weight thing is really confusing me..I just can't see how it will work for me
