They say you have to drink 8 glasses of water per day... how big are the glasses meant to be.... is it pint glasses... half a pint glasses???..... is this ok.....

I drink between 6 and 8 pints of water a day but thats because Im on Exante and you need to drink a lot of water.

But I think normally its half pint size glasses

meausre the water out in measuring jug. i drink around 2-3 litres of plain water per day then about another litre of tea/coffee!

Hello hun, it isn't a silly question I also had the same question a few years ago

In short:
8 glasses = 4 pints = 2 litres

I think your glass is a normal sized one, so it looks like it can have 250ml (half a pint) of water. Drink at least 8 of those
