Hey Ella, first congrats on ur amazing losses, i was wondering do you do alot of excercise to get those kind of losses, coz ive been slowing down recently and was wondering how i could up my losses, thanks, Tracy.

I do a fair bit of exercise but I haven't in the past few days to be honest because of the weather :(

But generally, I go for a walk with the dog every day, just gentle speed and then to the gym at least four nights per week. Two nights I do 30mins cardio and then weights, and the other two nights I do 70-90 mins cardio. At the weekend I go for a very long walk(1.5-2hours) each day with the dog, usually on the mountain.

It sounds like a lot when written down but it kind of fits in really easily into my routine so I don't notice it much.

Hi ella,I've been going to the gym 2-3 times a week for an hour, but i'm gonna try and up it as i want to continue loosing, its just hard in this weather to get home for work and then go back out to the gym brrrr,,,,,thanks for your help as always, tracy
