It should be as long as a third of your meals are superfree. Veg is great for anyone who can eat it as it is filling and helps on getting your third superfree but fruit and salad are just as good as long you have a varied diet. Personally I don't eat a lot of salad and not that much fruit but try and eat lots of veg - when I'm being good lol! plus your losses have been great so it doesn't look like it has affected your weightloss - all of us are different so just depends what works!
