Hi everyone my name is Romilly and I have been on the Cambridge Weight Plan for just over three weeks now.

I weighed 15st 10lbs when I started and I am currently 14st 5lbs, yay!

I am on Sole Source but am seriously considering switching to Sole Source Plus in the not-too-distant future as I am starting to really miss food now! Case in point: last night I had three pieces of chicken tikka (without any sauce) and I have been telling myself that I probably won't come put of ketosis because it's high protein - however if I'm entirely honest I am a bit ashamed!

Anyway rant over! I wanted to join this forum for support and to support others - I hope I can find some other ladies who are on a VLCD and we can discuss our woes and successes during our journeys together!

Hi hun, welcome to minimins :)

Fantastic losses so far, well done :D

I'm on CD 810 and I find having that small evening meal keeps me on track and the losses are still very good.

I'm also on the CD board so I'll see you around ;)

Hi,my name is Emilia,I am on the vlcd too,I just started one week oago and I have lost 10lb.At the moment I think that I am ok with the no eating even that I am a mom of two little girls and i do normally do a lot of baking with then.we can push eachother if you want even that a have may more weight to lose than you.Hope to hear from you soon
